Computer won't load windows even though I replaced HDD, RAM,CPU, MB

I recently updated my PC and just bougth some different gear, for some reason it just refuses to boot. What happens is when I get to the windows logo loading screen my pc just freezes and reboots. This kept happening so I bought a new HDD and still the same, checked the harddisk to be sure on another pc. Also I recently bought 8 GB DDR3 ram, a P63 B3 Revision Motherboard, I2500K intel core CPU, crossfire with 2x GeForce 9800 GT.
Any ideas on why it can't boot, I literally did everything in order to try to fix it.

Try booting in safe mode (F8)

If that doesnt work pull all the ram but one stick and try to boot.

Remove all non critical devices like usb (leave only monitor, keyborad, mouse)

For some odd reason it won't boot in safe-mode, can't even get the menu to show. I just got the error STOP: 0x0000007B

So did you do a clean install on the new HDD and motherboard? I wasn't clear if you had tried to move an already installed windows to a new motherboard or were installing clean on the new hardware..

I installed the OS by connection the HDD to another pc and using that pc's Disc drive due to my own drives being IDE and can't connect that to my new MB...

Boot from the Windows 7 disc and try to repair the OS. You may have to do this several times.

You'll be a LOT better off by moving the other machines DVD drive to your new one and install again onto the HD, then putting the DVD drive back when your done.

Always install on the machine where the drive is going to stay (I've got a a portable DVD I use for this all the time)

Worked it out simply by attaching a SATA disc drive to the pc and installing windows using that. Thanks so much
