Phenom II x4 960T, only 1 core is used or working. HELP!!

I recently bought Phenom II x4 960t, and I asked someone to install it for me.
She accidentally bent 1 of the pins in the processor. We manage to straighten the pin and the processor works fine.

Now, when I'm starting my PC, BIOS shows that it has 4 cores, but in CPU-Z and MSCONFIG it only shows 1 core. In MSCONFIG>BOOT>ADVANCE OPTIONS.., there is no options for the number of processors. My Motherboard is ASROCK N68 S3 UCC,

Thank you!

Welcome to SF.

I'm sorry, but CPU-Z should show 4 cores and 4 threads. If it doesn't the bent pin may indeed be the problem.
