Windows 7: Why the CPU is overheating?

Why the CPU is overheating?

When i flip over my laptop, it's processor heats up to 94 degrees Celsius, although the air entrance to the cooler is free, and the cooler works. The temperature comes back to normal when i flip it back to it's normal position.



So why is that happening?
i'm just curious.
