Windows 7 - Windows 7 Doesn't really get along with my secondary HDD

Hello everyone, I need help with one problem.
One year ago, I got a new HDD with my new windows 7, it was 1TB Western Digital. I've plugged it in and put some files on it. It somehow refused to work and stopped appearing after some while.

I told my dad about that and told him to exchange it next time he goes by the shop, that it is corrupted. The second one was also plugged in, I put on my game battle for middle earth 2 and turned it on. It kept loading and I had nothing else to do than alt control delete, turned the .exe off. Then I noticed my HDD dissapeared again in My computer and after some time It stopped appearing even in entire computer systems.

Now after 1 year Dad thought he fixed the problem and gave me new HDD TB2 Western Digital for birthday, I've plugged it in again, Computer didn't find it just like before, I put it into different connector (SATA 3) and it was ok. Yesterday I played amnesia and turned it off via alt control delete again (Now I see it was a bad choise) and my HDD dissapeared again. I don't know why is this happening, but I blame windows 7, it refuses to load it for some reason, I've never fixed this problem. Althought dad blames HDD. If you have any experience with dissapearing HDD please help me. I got no idea what this is, I tried googling but no results, people refer to stuff I already did. And, one information: I DID give my 1TB/2TB HDDs a letter, so that's not the problem.
