Changing the location of a file?

I have a HP HD-4100 webcam and every time I take a picture it goes to my user directory and I can't figure out how to change the target directory to D:Pictures. I know you can change to target directory without going into the hardware's software but I just can't remember how can some help? If I go into properties of the picture I can't change the location but I know there is a way so every time I take a picture I want it to go into the location I want.
