    Disabling nvidia gpu.

Msi FX600 (MSI Europe ? Notebook - FX600) laptop has two onboard video cards - one for games, other for desktop/browsing/etc. IS it possible to disable nvidia gpu in order to save some energy. As I know, at IDLE, when I am looking at my desktop, GPU is still working at 127mhz speed. How to absolutely disable it without removing it?

I'm sure if this is what you are looking for, take a look in Device Manager. Click on you Video Card and right click, their will be a Disable. It would be a pain to do this all the time. Keep in mind, anything in your computer doesn't draw much power unless it is under heavy use so you probably couldn't tell a difference in power consumption.

It is already designed to save energy by disabling it...so I would leave it as is.
