    Hard to compare because I only have Atto data for my latest Vertex2. But here it is in case you want to run Atto.

    Sterio, you should get higher scores than that. Your access times are slow in fact most of the numbers are too low. Here is my 90GB Vertex2.

    Try starting from a cold boot, and let it idle at the log on page for 2 hours. It aids in garbage collection. Then run another test tomorrow.

    they both better for different reasons.

    you can run an atto to compare to his. I think ssd size affects write performance signficantly tho so I dont think you can expect the same write speeds.

    That's pretty good. I especially like the 4K nums - that's the blocksize the system uses most.

    Looks like OCZ made them faster. Mine is nearly a couple of years old and slower. My other Vertex are even older and hard to compare.
