    I don't know what Rapid mode does but it sure looks good on the chart,

    Yes it is but from what most say here who know a lot more than me you don't see that in actual usage so whats the point is the question?

    Hmm, my 4K-64Thrd seems lower than similar models. Score is half of what others are getting. Also magician shows the iops for read/write are at half of what they should be (around 40-50K).

    I really don't know what a nice score is.
    I don't do any thing to the ssd before test except format and then test. No speedup, tuneup type of things.
    I try to test them the same way I use them.

    In reference to the post above, this is done with an OS and data partition (no clean format), while I surf.

    I think my write speed is due to either having only 128Gb or that the X300 Sandisk is using different tech to the Samsung 850 evo. Apparently its all about access time anyhow.
