I can tell you where I buy from usually. Newegg, but I would recommend not looking for cheap. The power supply powers everything in your computer. If it goes out it can take motherboards, hard drives and video cards with it. A good quality PSU is always needed. I always recommend and buy either Corsair, Antec or Seasonic PSUs. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Brew - Always under construction OS Windows 7 X64 Professional/Windows 8 CPU intel i7-2600K Motherboard Asus P8Z68 V-Pro/GEN 3 Memory 8GB G.Skill Sniper DDR3-2133 (2X4GB) Graphics Card EVGA 670 2GB Sound Card Asus Xonar Monitor(s) Displays Asus 24" LCD VW246H Screen Resolution 1920X1080 Keyboard Logitech G510 Mouse Logitech G500/Logitech Wireless PSU CORSAIR HX850W Case Cooler Master HAF X Cooling Corsair H100 w/ 4 noctua fans in push/pull. Whatever you buy, it ought to have 80+ certification. While it's certainly not infallible, that's a good hurdle to have to pass to avoid buying junk. | My System Specs | | OS W7 Pro, W7 Ult, Vista Ult, Vista Bus, XP Pro |

Per reply above, cheap is not always the best way to go.
Another good source is Microcenter (www dot microcenter dot com).
