| | Windows Fax & Scan doesn't auto turn on Recent upgrade of pc. windows 7 Pro 32 bit. PC didn't have slot for previous fax modem, so supplied with new Windows Fax & Scan. The options to send & receive in fax setitngs are greyed out when pc turned on, so cannot send or receive faxes. You have to unplug the usb connector and plug back in - then the fax is on . Next day turn pc on and same problem. Is there a fixe for this - otherwise have to get special fititng to put old fax/ modem in (much more basic). |
