Stock - Cheap Gaming MOBO Gimping Question.

What Mobo details Do I need to look out for to insure that my CPU and GPU are not bottlenecked or gimped?

I'm going to purchase an AMD Fx 6100 Hex core for Battlefield 3. 64 player multiplayer.
I want the highest CONSTANT framerate Specifically during heavy battle moments.
I dont care about Ultra Max graphics (Although High-ultra would be ideal).

My question is, if im using an FX 6100 CPU and a 'Radeon 6850 OC' GPU,
how much would this cheaper 49 dollar mobo gimp my performance
over a better more qualified mobo?

between these two for example.
Newegg.com - ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS AM3+ AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-M68MT-S2 AM3+ NVIDIA GeForce 7025/nForce 630a chipset Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Does the mobo chipset (Nvidia - radeon) matter if im using a PCI Express Video card?
Can I ignore that? or is it still important for some reason?

Im not worried about extra options like 4x USB 3.0, etc etc.

What Mobo details Do I need to look out for to insure that my CPU and GPU are not bottlenecked or gimped?

========

My complete list of parts so far is this.

Of course all choices will be yours. I have never heard of a $50.00 gaming motherboard. The first tool you will need is knowledge. Some web sites that can help. These sites will list many motherboards and the information you need to choose one. Many of the subject motherboards are costly. Your not their to choose between a $200.00 or a $300.00 motherboard but to gather knowledge so you can choose between a $50.00 or $75.00 motherboard. Motherboard selection takes a lot of homework on your part. It took me more time to choose a motherboard than all the other parts in my computer put together.

I'm surprised to see that there are nVidia 7025/630a boards that support the FX series. (The chipset dates from 2007.)

I'm even more surprised to find a review that claims better performance than for more up-to-date AMD boards:

The idea that a repurposed AM2 chipset could be competitive with current models is amazing.
