1600-1200 I hope ^ ^. 1280-900 or something If I have too. Non widescreen monitor 19 inch monitor atm I think.
my widescreen doesnt go much higher than 1280x900 I dont think.

Actually im pretty sure Ive seen 1900x1000 res videos recorded with the 6850 also.
just on all high instead of full ultra.
bf3 looks very close to ultra graphics when its on high graphics also. from all I can tell.

You can not have seen high records on a 6850 that runs smooth.

This chip will out perform the 6100 Bulldozer chip just because it beat a few benches better then this one doesn't mean it performs better this one will have you running much pretier then what you want to buy

    FRYS.com*|*AMD
FRYS.com*|*MSI also this GPU will put you in some sort of area that gamers are in im running crossfire with mine
That would add 20$ to the CPU and 20$ to the Video card. before rebate X_x
I would have picked those actually, If i had the extra 40$.
I wont have the extra 40$. I cant gimp the mobo, psu, or anything else either.

    ty vm tho.

    6850oc solo card.
Ive seen plenty of 6850s doing very respectably on youtube.
    this guy says ultra settings.

then he flips open the playercount and it shows like 50 players, 25 per team.

    ===========

this guys recording in 1080p, so his resolution must be 1900 x 1080 I guess.
    no skips what so ever.

I would have already dropped the CPU to a dual core i3 to get back up to 6780 if the 6850s didnt seem to run bf3 real decently as it is on ultra.

1080p hd and wonderful framerate even.
    he claims ultra also.
Im sure hes droped the 4xAA off. thats the make or break stat for the 6850.
drop the 4xAA and the 6850s do very respectably.
Tomshardware review pointed out that the 4xAA was the make or break .

this guy runs 1900 1080p hd with 4xAA and 16x with full high settings intead of ultra.
So its very close to running it all max ultra. it looks like. just note completely.
on full high, he runs at 40-60 fps. even with 4xAA. thats pretty damned decent actually.
    36min fps with fraps even.

    lol
sli 9800 nvidia crap cards X_x running at 40-60fps.
    Battlefield 3 Ultra Setting on 9800 GTX+ 1GB SLI - YouTube
Omg on ultra 4xAA even X_x with sli.

I believe it though. I doubt he'd randomly lie for no reason to people he doesnt know over 9800 sli.
my craptastic athlon dual core2.7ghz- solo 9800 card runs single player maps very decently on low.
Its not untill the 3rd or 4th level that it becomes too ugly and dark to play.

Its just the 60 player count that worried me.

    ====
notice the buttery smooth framerate hes recording, with that 6100fx chip also. (sli 9800)
I dont mean high framerate, I just mean, no blaitent skips in the record itself, due to choked CPU encoding video.

If I had 20 extra bucks I would go with the intel quad core, or the 1090t that you list solarshine.
    Newegg.com - Intel Core i5-2300 Sandy Bridge 2.8GHz (3.1GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I52300

unfortunately I cant gimp the PSU by 20 bucks, or the mobo, and a 6850 is already pushing it too low for the video card.
I had a 6870 picked last night, but that card is sold out now. the next one up is 20 bucks more also, but the feedback reviews scare me.

like I said, if you buys can show me a better rig with a video card thats not lower than 6850 X_x.

for 440 total. Ill go with it. (Except for dual core chips. I dont want dual core).
and intel wont lower their price on even a single Quad , below 180. so fkem.
    Microcenter has i5 2400 for $150 which is $35 below the Newegg i5 2300.

Earlier you suggested that. I dont think there is a microcenter in Oklahoma I will double check.
that would be a perfect deal.
yea damn, not a single one in Oklahoma.

damn does microcenter advertise that price at all? walmart sells i5 2400 for 190.
they say they will match advertised prices, since they are not a buy over internet shop.
I wonder if I could get make walmart match the price.
