It seems to me that the Toshiba is head and shoulders more feature rich than the Dell. But there is a huge price differential. Almost an apple and an orange.
The Dell has dedicated graphics and an extra USB 3.0 port that the T does not. Do you need these?
The T has a stronger processor, more RAM, and a larger hard drive.
What is important to you?
It is best, in my opinion, to make a list of needed, minimum specs for what you plan to use the laptop for. Note the "must-haves" and only look at rigs that meet your criteria. I also think you should decide on a maximum price that you are willing to pay. Then compile a list of machines that meet your minimum specs that fall below your price point and pick the one that offers the most "extra" features for the lowest price.
That I can't tell you.
I think (my opinion) most wireless cards in laptops perform about the same. There are just too many external, environmental factors that determine how good any wireless signal will be. I don't believe that one chip is going to be significantly more powerful than another. I really do not consider it. I could be mistaken.
As for battery life: same thing. The laptop running on dedicated graphics is going to chew through a charge much faster than the one that uses the graphics on the processor and your fans will run higher for longer. That is not the battery's fault. Just look at the mAh rating (if they give it). That is relative Amp Hours. The more amp hours a battery will put out the longer you can go on a charge given a fixed load.
I know that ,but I found in Pc magazing that Toshiba has a small battery !and i didnt get it.
I heard that Acer s laptops doent have a good quality as Hp and Dell !

Acer/Gateway makes a nice machine, there is nothing wrong with the quality of the build. Where they get beat up is their customer service which I have heard is atrocious.
HP/Compaq also makes a nice machine and has better than average customer service. The beef with them is the volume of bloatware that is pre-installed and some things that annoy power users, like proprietary and restricted BIOS settings, and proprietary parts and drivers. They are also reputed to somewhat worse on updating their drivers. They are just fine for the average PC user.
Dell runs hot and cold. Sometimes they are making some damned fine machines that are geared towards the power user / enthusiast and then you turn around and they are worse than HP! It is hit or miss with those guys.
But once again, if you just want to use the laptop for normal things and have no intention of customizing it or the OS then you will be just fine with any of the major brands.
2 cents.
