Can a mobo or CPU get damaged by a Hdisk a VGA card PSU or cd-rom?

I'm asking because i ordered a new PC but without these parts and i will bring my old Hard drive, VGA, PSU and CD-rom to them to install the PC with the ordered parts, and in case some component from the ones i ordered is broken i don't want them to say that one of the components i brought damaged them. The old parts all work fine btw. And all the components fit in every way

When a PSU fails, it can take other things with it. I am unaware of damage from any of the other components that you list.

That said, my current PSU (PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750) has been in several builds over the past few years.

(I haven't worried about system-level warranties for years because I haven't had one since I started assembling my own systems in 1997.)
