Issues with a Xerox scanner, device not recognized by computer
Hey guys,
My Xerox Documate 510 scanner is flat out not recognized by my computer. Its not showing up as an "unspecified" device in Device Management, and I don't see an unidentified device category in Device Manager. Wondering what the problem is, as I have a huge backlog of papers I need to digitize.
I've installed the drivers and used the scanner on other Win 7 computers without a problem, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any ideas?
