If you do not have your data backed up, I would use a program such as Partition Wizard to try to recover the partitions.

Free Download Magic Partition Manager Software - Partition Wizard Online

I would use the bootable version at the bottom of the above link.

Yes it does, but that can often be done in Windows Disk Management.

My drive e has 128gp and c-system drive has 78gp. I tried to shrink the e drive and extend the c drive in disk management but when I tried to shrink the drive it says not enough memory to shrink. I am sure that I selected the space less than it indicated.

Windows Disk Management will not always allow you to shrink as much as you would like.

Use Partition Wizard bootable disk instead.

How to move "D" partition" to "C" partiion slot
Hi: I installed Win7 32 and Win7 64 on partitions "C" and "D" respectively. I have deleted Win32 and have unallocated space. I want to know if there is a way to move the "D" partition to the unallocated space and still have it bootable.

Changing the "minimize" "maximize" and "close" buttons of a theme
Ok so I'm using a custom visual style made by another user however I don't really like the buttons used that I mentioned above. The creator states it is acceptable to change the theme to however you like as long as you don't redistribute it anywhere. Ok so I opened up the .msstyles file (using...

Both "System reserved" and "C" partition cloned to external HDD: boot?
With EaseUS Backup Tool, I've cloned these two partitions ("System Reserved" and "C") to same-sized partitions on a external HDD ("X" and "Y"). Picture tells it concisely: How to make drives "X" and "Y" boot-able? In "Disk Management", I've noticed these partition labels missing: "X" (or...

Add "Unallocated" partition to my "D" drive?
Windows 7: Have all my data on D and OS etc on C. LOTS of space on C but not enough on D so I "shrunk" the C drive. That put in an additional partition, "Unallocated" between C and D. Not what I want; I want to add the "Unallocated" space to D.
