| | cd drive installation problem Gateway DX4300 running Windows 7 home preimum. CD drives are in device manager but with yellow ?. Driver cannot be found. Windows 7 troubleshooter cannot solve problem. Problem is present on external CD and internal CD. Any help is appreciated. |

| | Hi and welcome to SF  In the device manager right click on the yellow marked driver and Update Driver Software\search automatically for updated driver software. Is also a good idea to update everything in your desktop,starting with the Chipset Driver. The spesific website contains also a faq\guides. http://support.gateway.com/us/en/pro...1&modelId=2283 |

| | Did as you suggested. Loaded latest drivers but still get same message. Updates on the gateway site were installed. Problem remains. |
