Compatibility between Motherboard and Graphic card.

I have this motherboard on my PC:
Especificações da placa-mãe IPIBL-LB (Benicia) PC de mesa HP Pavilion a6643pt - Suporte Técnico HP (Portugal - Português)

and planning to buy this graphic card:
MSI N560GTX-Ti Twin Frozr II 2GD5: Amazon.de: Computer & Zubehör

My question is if they are compatible.
Thank you very much for the time spent with this.

Aslong as the PCI-E x16 slot is free, yes it will work. A much bigger concern seeing as it is a HP computer is the power supply it came with, which if it is a typical HP computer won't be powerful enough to run that card.

Thanks stormy13,
could you please tell me which power supply to buy ?
PCI-E x16 slot is free but do you think that physically the card will fit ?
Thanks again for your time.
