Satellite L355D-S77901 Wont boot, even in safe mode error: 0x00000124

Guys I really need help with this one! I'm repairing a Toshiba Satellite L355D-S77901. The system won't boot Windows Vista in normal or safe mode. I've tested the RAM by removing one stick at a time and attempting to boot with each one in by itself, same error. I've removed the hard drive and placed it in another laptop and it booted fine, including in safe mode. Then I took the HD from the 2nd computer (which was running Win 7) placed it in the Satellite, and I got the same error. Which leads me to believe this is definitely a hardware issue. I placed the HD of the Satellite in another computer and was able to get the dump files, which are attached. I hope you guys can help me solve this, because this is one of the most difficult repairs I've faced thus far. Thanks a lot!

Edit: Another error I seem to get sometimes is 0x0000009c

    Specs:
    Toshiba Satellite L355D-S77901
    Windows Vista 32 bit
    3GB SDRAM
    250 GB HDD
    17'' widescreen trubrite display

    Dump files in attachment

What type of repairs are you doing? error 0x00000124 is a general hardware error and could be anything, but is normally ram. If the computer will post, try running memtest86. Go back over what repairs you did and see if there is a faulty connection or if you forgot to plug something back in.

Thanks for your reply. When I was mentioning repairs I meant various repairs to other computers, but as far as this one goes I haven't done anything TOO extensive at all as far as hardware goes. I've attempted to boot from both RAM chips one at a time and I've checked the HD in another system but other than that I haven't touched any other components. I'll run MemTest and update the thread as soon as I get the result.
