DVD drive stopped burning!
I don't use my DVD very much but when I went to burn a movie using Ashampoo burning Studio it all seemed to be going OK and the program said it was complete but the disk showed as empty.
I've since heard that a Win 7 update 'stopped' third party burners from working. I also noticed that Windows burning had been enabled, which I certainly didn't want.
I installed the reg file I found here and my burner is working again with Ashampoo.
When did this happen and what was the update that caused this? I also replaced the drive but that made no difference (before I installed the reg file).
What have I missed?
