Safely remove hardware in command prompt?

Hi All

Is there a way you can safely remove hardware(such as a USB flash drive) from command prompt?

If you click on computer to open it, do you see the USB flash drive? If you do, right click on it and see if the dropdown menu says 'safely unplug'. Click on that and wait for a bit ... a message should show up to let you know you can unplug it now.

Do you have a problem with your safe to remove hardware icon ? Or do you actually want to use command prompt.
