Cant browse WD elements external hdd, now it show but access denied

    hello :)
so i was just using my Western Digital elements 500gb external hard drive and formated it using "WBFS manager" transferd a game to it, and plugged it in my "nintendo wii" and everything was working as it should.

but now that i plugged it back into my computer i cant browse it through "my computer" but it shows in "safe removal" and is stated as an external HDD there.
so the computer recognize it, and i get the sound when i plug it into the usb port.
i did a quick search on google to try and find a solution, and the guy said to look in "disk management" to give it a letter, but it wont show in the list were i do that, but the list below shows it (look at the picture and you will understand what im trying to say).

so any suggestions on how i can fix it so i can browse? dosent mather if i have to format it, but the only way i know how to is through "my computer" but as it wont show there i cant do this. also i dont have another computer, but if that might help solving the issue i can head over to my brother and use his.

Edit: i havent tried any of the options in the picture and most of them are grayedout anyway.
reason for this is i dont want to delete or risk breaking anything unless i have too.

Edit 2: Evox94's suggestion made the HDD show in my computer and were it dident before, but now i get access denied whenever i try to do anything. (look at the 4th post for the new problem)

Edit 3: Now the HDD shows in my computer and were it dident before(in the first picture) but i have no access to do anything with it, after using the solution in the 5th post in this topic, i was allowed to do a disk check atleast, and im running it now, however it is taking forever.
does this means it found some errors? since its a 500gb hdd without files(should be clean as i formated it with evox94's methode)

    thanks in advance

Hmm go just right-click your HDD and select "new simple volume".It will open a wizard to create a new partition.
You have some pretty understandable options in the wizard including formating the disk.
After that you will be able to use/browse your HDD again.

well, that was simple so i feel kinda stupid over here..
anyway, thanks, i just dont like to hit stuff at random incase i make thing worse :)

    Edit:
so now i have a new problem, now it wont allow me access to the drive.
after doing what evox94 said, it now shows in my computer, but i cannot format nor browse it cause i get an access denied error.

any idea how to get past this ? ill do some search on google to try and find a solution, but i though it wouldnt hurt to post here and see if anyone have any ideas :)

    Edit2:
so i uploaded a picture, this is all i can do with the disk.
not able to change owner, which was suggested in another similar topic

    might be a solution

so i could not even run a disk check, after looking at another similar topic i found this text, and was told to copy it to notepad and save it as "owner.reg"
after i did that, and ran it i am now doing a disk check, so it did atleast allow me to do that, ill check back and let you know how it went after the disk check.

Hmm maybe you can format it using Command Prompt and DISKPART commands.
Check here to find out what each command does.

    Type it in this order:

    1. DISKPART
    2. LIST DISK(remember what nubmer is your HDD Drive)
    3. SELECT DISK 5(Where 5 is your HDD Disk number)
    4. SELECT PARTITION 1(i belive you have only one partition)
    5. FORMAT FS=NTFS(Where NTFS is filesystem you want to format in.You can change this ofc).

I understand you can't access your HDD but maybe formating can help dunno.I might remember something else to help you.

so this might help other with similar problems, this solution gave me permission to do a disk check through "disk managment" and after that everything is working right.
