Installed new HDD - Isn't showing up

I installed a new hard drive, and it shows in Device Manager here:

But it doesn't show up in 'My Computer':

I just plugged it in and started it up, have I missed something?

Right Click on My Computer, Select manage, then goto the Disk Managment area. Then Select your new drive and add a partision.

    Done.

As mrdemon says you need to partition your hard drive and give it a drive letter for Windows to see it.

You can either use disk management in Windows or Partition Wizard if your needs are more complex.

Partition Wizard : Use the Bootable CD

Thanks, but I don't see a 'Drives' tab. What do you mean?

Ah. When I right-click it, 'New Simple Volume...' isn't available.
I closed it and re-opened, and it's asking me this.
