Hello fellow Windows 7 Beta users...I have discovered that this side gadget causes both my Samsung & Sony optical drives to function improperly.
By way of not reading the disks while this side gadget is activated. Through some testing I discovered that this was in fact the cause.
While one must physically put a disk in and take it out of a drive it is still a swell idea to have the added extra feature of an windows application to open & close the drive tray.
Just this gadget was intended for vista originally therefore requires some bug extirpation.
