I have those exact fans in my CoolerMaster HAF 912 cases. If they aren't silent, you either have a slightly defective fan, or else the noise is coming from the mounts...rattling against the case. Are your mounting screws tight? What case do you have?

I have Gamma Case, I mounted my rear case fan myself it's tight. it is noisy because it's running at 2000 RPM all the time

I'm pretty sure mine are running at somewhere around 1900 rpms, if I remember correctly. Those fans are designed to be silent, as described by Dwarf in post #8.

Don't worry about it guys.. I will buy a new PSU and new rear case fan same type as my other case.. My other case is Cooler Master Elite it comes with 120mm rear fan and it's 100% silent i try will buy this fan individually from a store with HEC Gamma 500 watt PSU for my HD 5850 GPU it's gonna work instead my noisy 600 watt OCZ.
    Thank ya all
