Windows gives the error that it was unable to complete the format.

    Thanks alot Lebon14, now its formatted into NTFS and I can use it. Increases your REP.

    Thank you Dwarf, for giving the commands required in the elevated cmd to format it. It cleaned all and made it into RAW so that I was able to format it through disk managament which I failed to do before. Increases your REP.
