Windows 7: webcam problem

webcam problem

i have a problem.. i have a4tech webcam... i used it as a security cam.. when this cam is plug and working in the background .. when i insert other media such as card reader and flash drive.. windows recognized but not showing in my computer.... BUT when i unplugged the webcam then insert the flash drive into other port.. then plug the cam again.. both are working together .. so hustle that i need to unplug the cam before inserting my flash drive...
