Cant see all my Ram in W7 64bit

Both in window properties and task manager, system is displaying 2.73gb, although i have 4gb installed. Bios shows all memory working in dual channel mode, and CPUZ displays all 4 sticks present. I had this problem when i was on 32bit.

The OS is a clean install, not upgrade.

Version is Ultimate 64bit , SP1.

Using andAMD 4400+ @ stock 2.20GHz.

Any ideas what's wrong ??

Regards
Gerry.

Make and model of the motherboard would help. Also have you checked in the bios to make sure that "memory remapping" is set to enabled?
