    Unknown Device

    Hi Folks,

I know how to find drivers for unknown devices when 'Device Instance Path' is shown. In this case, it shows as 'Device Instance ID' only. PC is running XP Pro. Any ideas???

I should have included that the PC is using an OEM version of XP Pro 32bit.

You might find some help HERE . (You might try the Fixit as well). Scroll down to the Troubleshooting for advanced users section, particularly the Use the System Information tool section.
