Windows 7: Left Shift stops working. Fixes after Recovery.

Recently reinstalled Windows 7 on this laptop due to a SSD-purchase.
I've had this problem before, and got it fixed somehow.

The problem:
The Left Shift key stops working, does not respond at all.
I KNOW it's not hardware related, because of the fact
when I do a System Restore it starts working again.

What I think it is:
This stupid implementation of "Ease of Access" in Windows 7 that drives me crazy. Never touched the settings at all, never got the pop-up or anything.

I'm good guy Greg, so I'm posting my settings with prints..

Can also add:
That after a Windows 7 FULL reinstallation the problem is solved, for half an hour.
Then it comes back again.

I've also tried other keyboards, which still gives the same.

I _still_ believe it's Ease of Access, which the problem occured for me the first time.
