Welcome to Windows Seven Forums.

I think you need to run a startup repair, as explained in this tutorial.

Startup Repair

It's sometimes necessary to run it three times with a reboot between each occurrence, as explained here.

I tried that one.... Did not work... Is it possible that I deleted the OS loader by mistake? If so what can I do?

Your computer specifications would be helpful as would the version of Windows you are using i.e. is it a retail version or an OEM version.

It seems that you may need to reinstall your system.

If you have a retail version of Windows Clean Install Windows 7

If you have an OEM version of Windows: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
