    Encrypting a Flash Drive

I have never needed to do this before, so I have no knowledge on the subject. I have a user who will be taking data home once a week, so I want to encrypt or at least password-protect her flash drive. It will contain regular, typical Office documents.

Now, the tricky part is, she has a Dell PC running Windows 7 Pro in the office, and a Macbook laptop at home (not running any version of Windows). Does something exist, especially free, that will allow me protect her flash drive, and make it accessible to her on either computer?

I need to do this for now, temporarily. I'm trying to convince my CEO that DropBox and others are just as safe and roughly the same process....but for now, I have to make the flash drive work (hopefully).

I have a flash drive encryption program that I got with a San Disk, your welcome to it. Problem is it's 24.5 MB zipped.

I think she has a Sandisk drive. Any chance they have it available on their website?

Could be worth a look. I'm trying to upload it to MediaFire for you.
