Mouse with toggle switch instead of scroll wheel?

Does anybody know of any new computer mice (mouses? meeses?) with a toggle switch instead of a scroll wheel?

I have a Sony mouse with that arrangement but the left click is getting a bit erratic. I suppose I could replace the switch but it would be easier to get a new mouse when this one finally quits.

The toggle makes it much easier to scroll through long documents than roll, roll, roll the wheel.

My Logitech EX-100 wireless has the switch built into the wheel. You can either roll the wheel or press it down to activate the smooth scrolling. Even the cheap lighted USB wired mouse I was using for a week had that.
