External battery operated mic not working.
I've tested this mic on my dell Inspiron and it works fine however when I connect it to my new dell ATG 6420 I can't get it to work. The dell 6420 has only one jack which has a headphone symbol . Dell says its multi port, so mic should work. When I go into mic properties click listen and click listen to this device apply no sound is heard through speakers. Doing the same on inspiron, sound plays back fine. Any thoughts?
