Windows 7: My Computer is not detecting Hard Disk

My Computer is not detecting Hard Disk

Hi,
I have two hard disks in my PC one is IDE(120GB) and the other is IDE(60GB). My PC is not detecting my IDE(120GB) hard disk. I have been replaced my jumper cable but it still not recognizing. Please tell me what is the Problem and how can i solve it.

You have to change the jumper situeted at the rear of the hdd from master to slave or vice versa that mean's one must be a master drive while the other should be a slave cause changing the cable as you said has nothing to do in this process
