Intel and Samsung in particular. Crucial is generally good, but has been having some issues in the last few months.

If you're referring to the firmware issue, that's been fixed. I commend Crucial for being proactive and getting the fix out as soon as they did.

You can buy the Crucial M4 128GB SSD right now for $99, if you act fast. Check out Newegg's ebay site.

    Intel at 160, 180, 200 and 215 here:

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Hard Drives, SSD, Internal SSD, 120GB

    Samsung at 170 and 190

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Hard Drives, SSD, Internal SSD, SAMSUNG, 128GB

I have no idea where you are looking.

What are their difference between intel 520 and Intel 160, 180, 200 and 215 and Samsung 170 and 190?

Intel is my suggested SSD brand. Specs won't blow you away, but they are great at random I/O and they are very reliable.

None that I'd be concerned with.

I'd probably choose Intel only because their SSD models have been on the market longer than Samsung.

You will see some differences in the published benchmarks, but I wouldn't pay much attention to that.

I'd be concerned with reliability and support. Intel is at or near the top of the heap for those 2 things.
