leave your "64bit Hard Drive" plugged in to SATA port 1, plug your "32bit hard drive" into sata port 2. Reboot, go into BIOS, ensure that the primary boot device is set to your "64bit Hard Drive". Save and exit. Login to Windows, Windows Explorer, navigate to the "32bit Hard Drive" , open the folders you want to get files from and then drag them to a newly created folder in your "64bit Hard Drive". You WILL NOT be able to run programs that are on your "32bit Hard Drive". You will only be able to rescue files, such as documents, pictures, music, movies, etc. After you're done with the files on the "32bit Hard Drive", you should reformat it and use it for backups.
