windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup
my notebook was installed with window 7 32bit. went i installed the new printer (brother-dcp-j315w), any application cannot print anything n cannot print test. status in microsoft office is "idle" but in status monitor is "ready". n then, i installed canon printer, but still not working. the msg "windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup" still appear. please help me... tq...
