Check your screen resolution in Start>Control Panel>Appearance & Personalization>Adjust Screen Resolution>Advanced Settings.

Check your screen resolution and make sure your refresh rate is 60Hz.

What screen resolution are you using and what type of cable are you using to hook up your computer to the display?

For resolution, try 1680 x 1050.
