| | ASUS P9X79 Deluxe - PCIe slots 16x_3 and 1x_2 not working ? I have a fully configured P9X79 Deluxe board, and need to use at least one of the following PCIe slots: 16x_3 and/or 1x_2. However, neither one works. I do have the eSATA external ports turn on, so that might account for why the 1x_2 slot does not work. But I don't understand why the 16x_3 slot doesn't work either. The video card is in 16x_1, nothing in 1x_1, the TV tuner card is in 8x_1, a HighPoint 2720 SAS/SATA card is in 8x_2, and that's it. If anyone can shed some light on this situation, I'd appreciate some insight. Best regards and thanks in advance for any assistance. TheBeagle |
