I just got done replacing the front I/O panel and still the same issue prevails.... Corsair sent me 2 of them and same issue with both.

    What could it be?

-Sata hot swap adaptor for the 4 bays?
    -.......
    -.......
    -.......

    What it could not be.

-PSU (Tested my case with his same PSU and still have the same issue)
-I/O Pannel (Replaced and this model had the fire wire cable on a sepreate cable so I removed it.)

Disconnect every non-essential piece of hardware in the case (DVD, extra drives, case fans, etc) from the motherboard and see if you have problems. If not, add one piece back and repeat the test. Continue until you find the piece or pieces of hardware that cause the problem.
