Windows 7: Contemplating a new primary desktop build

As my current desktop is nearly 3 years of age, I'm contemplating building a new desktop for my daily use and giving my kids my current desktop for gaming and daily use.

Parts I am looking at presently;

The parts above, without OS consideration is just under $1,200 which seems reasonable to me.

Any concerns with any parts picked out?

The one thing that jumped out for me was the reviews on the Gigabyte motherboard on Newegg. I think I would investigate the complaints to be sure they are not something endemic but rather just self inflicted wounds.

Yeah, there is some research to be done there. There sure does seem to be some random lockup issues on that board and the latest Gigabyte BIOS updates don't seem to be fixing it.

I've also been looking at the Asus P8Z77-V...but due to fact that I want eSata I have to step up to the Deluxe model and that brings the price up to $275...which is more than I really want to spend on my mobo. I'd like to be under $200 on the mobo.
