One note I would like to make. Make sure you disable all the services the Video Driver installed. 99% of the time they cause problems and really are un-needed. -WS

Somewhere it was stated the video card is an nVidia if so there are services. You might double check them. -WS
Please upload your msinfo32.nfo file. To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Save -> Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.
The above will help us determine any program conflicts.
Well I just restored to factory settings and updated all the drivers. If I have more problems after that, then I'll post it up.
If you can, please post back either way. It would be nice to have posted what actions provided the solution for you. You can even mark the thread as solved if it's appropriate.
Well... I restored to factory settings, updated everything completely, and yet I'm still having problems.
