    changing HDD or SSD!

    Hey.

I want to change my old HDD, into a SSD Or HDD Again.

But, i dont want to loose my current Windows 7, and my drivers installed on it. How can i take backup of the windows 7 or somehow import it over to the new one? I only want windows 7 on the new one with the current drivers, not the files.

    Hello Khalka,

You could use a disk imaging application (paid or free, there are many to choose from) to make an exact copy of your current installation and restore it to your new HDD or SSD. Then you could delete whatever files you want from the new disk. I don't know of a way to copy over just the operating system, but hopefully another forum member will have a better answer for you.
