Motherboard Screws and Standoffs

I am going to be changing out my motherboard in the near future. I will be putting in a ATX and I now have a Micro ATX. As luck would have it, I have lost the extra screws and standoffs I will need. I have written my case manufacturer about getting more, but on the chance I don't receive any from them, do you think the standoffs are pretty standard and I could just pick some up that would fit my case or would you think they would vary in size depending on the case. Unless you have proprietary hardware (such as used by Dell, for example), you will find these are standard. You should be able to pick up these up from your local computer hardware shop, or alternatively online, such as this from Amazon.

I should have mentioned I have a NZXT Apollo case. Thanks for the link

You can do either or when you buy a board they come with them new case same deal

If you are swapping boards to a previous case you can also use the old stand offs

I was under the impression that screws and standoffs do not come with motherboards since the standoffs have to fit the case. My new motherboard will be bigger than my present one so I need additional standoffs and screws.

just go to your local computer repair store and tell them what you need and offer a 6-pack of Shiner.
