can't run ram in dual channel

Hello,

Having trouble running this ram Corsair 8GB (2x 4GB) PC3-12800 (1600MHz) DDR3 RAM, 1.65V, Unbuffered, 9-9-9-24 in dual channel mode on this motherboard ASRock A75M-ITX Motherboard.

In bois it tells me that I have 8gb of ram but running in single channel mode, the board manual says two identical ram units will rum in dual channel, the board only has two slots, however the boards website does not say that the particular ram is compatible, along with many others I presume.

Any ideas as to what is going on?

Cheers

James
