What does the BIOS look like?
Does it list the drive, and where? I'm thinking you will have SATA and IDE together in some order, and how it is listed may provide a clue.

I'm wondering if you disconnected the optical drive and only had the IDE drive connected and tried USB install, would that bypass the problem?
Hello TVeblen, the HDD is not mine, but I'll see if I can post pictures later.
I have disconnected the optical drive and tryed with usb but the same error comes.

Try the drive on another PC and do a full format with Disk Management and re-try the install.

    Where are super cheap ones?
Hello Britton, thanks for answering, I'll try that later and will post.

Boshko how are you attaching this drive to the PC? It should be with a IDE cable direct to the motherboard, USB HDDs attached don't support booting an OS.

Britton, yes it's directly connected with IDE cable.

IDE? How do you have the jumpers set? Master or Slave? Pretty sure you have to it have set as master to insall Windows.

    That does not sound good.

Check the connectors on the drive. Look for bent or missing pins on the IDE interface, use a different ribbon cable, be sure the cable is orientated correctly.
Listen to the drive as it starts up to make sure it spins and listen for the sound of the heads searching.

But if everything above is good and the drive does not show up on two different systems then the answer to the problem becomes obvious.

I have also tryed with different IDE cables, I have some new cables at home, but nothing.
It seems that the HDD is almoust over. At Monday I'll send it to service to see if they can fix it.

Anyway, thanks to everyone for answering/helping me.
