    How to set up TV as monitor


    Hello, I use my TV as my desktop through an HDMI cable from TV to my Tower but because of lag is there any better way to set it up i've tried VGA that didn't make a difference so please could you help me as i'm sick of lag i know it's the tv as i tried laptop to tv would there be any settings on tv to stop this?

    Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU E3400 @ 2.60GHz (2 CPUS) ~2.6GHz
    Memory: 8.00GB
    System: 64 bit Operating system
    Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6450

    Try defragging the HDD.

    When you say 'lag', what do you mean? It's extremely unusual to experience lag over a simple HDMI connection unless using a very, very inferior cable with a low bandwidth rate; and nigh impossible to experience lag over VGA, which is pure analogue signal.
