One SSD + 2 HDD in Raid 0 setup

Hello users,
My mobo is a Asus P6T deluxe v2.
I got one OCZ Agility 3 120gb SSD for OS, and I want my two other HDD Hitachi 500 GB in Raid 0. Is that possible?

If it is possible, how?

Yes it's possible to use the two 500GB HDDs in Raid 0.

How? It's best to download the motherboard's manual

Yes, it's possible. Why do you want to do it though, do you really need the extra throughput in terms of speed for the tradeoff of complete data loss in the event that 1 hard drive fails?
