Using Razer Arctosa causes mouse problems

Hey forum!

Recently bougth a Razer Arctosa keyboard. The problem is when i plug the keyboard (directly into USB on the back of PC), mouse either stops working or causes big delays in cursor movement, sometimes cursor "teleports" to an egde of screen. Mouse keys sometimes stops working too. Unplugging the keyboard solves the problem. Plugging in a different keyboard w/o Arctosa doesn't cause any problems.
Tried upgrading/downgrading BIOS, using different USB port, even USB 3.0 for some stupid desperate reason, USB hub with external power support, changing the mouse - all with no effect.

My specs:
ASUS P8Z68-V PRO GEN3
Intel i7 2600k
Crucial Balistix 8GB
Geforce 560Ti
Logitech MX laser wireless mouse
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Thankyou
